Quality Engineer

Job responsibilities：

1、Cooperate to formulate quality inspection standards (SIP) and operation standards (SOP) and implement them after approval；
2、Cooperate to formulate and implement product quality control plan to achieve the quality objectives of processes and products under their jurisdiction；
3、Organize quality supervision and inspection, continuously monitor the progress of product quality objectives under its jurisdiction, and implement necessary improvement measures；
4、Conduct statistical analysis of internal quality data, investigate and analyze quality accidents, put forward handling opinions and improvement measures, and report them to leaders for approval；
5、Monitor the process status, identify the impact of changes in process parameters on products, and demonstrate the rationality of its setting；
6、Participate in the continuous improvement of quality and process, formulate and improve product process and process quality control, detection methods and standards, and organize the establishment of process control methods and data acquisition methods on this basis
7、On site quality control point process patrol inspection, SPC work promotion, nonconforming product handling and tracking；

Job requirements：

1、 Bachelor degree or above, major in materials, chemical engineering, quality management and other related majors. The degree with rich quality work experience can be extended to college；
2、At least 2 years quality related working experience, working experience in ceramic industry is preferred；
3、Have a strong sense of responsibility, strong communication skills, serious and responsible work, rigorous and meticulous, and strong ability to analyze and solve problems；
4、Be familiar with quality management system and skillfully use quality management tools and methods；
5、 Received training in project management and quality management；

Process Engineer

1、Be responsible for the preparation of process and technical documents of products, and complete the sorting and archiving of process and technical data；
2、Responsible for the design and development of new products, the implementation of technical process improvement experiments, and the preparation of technical and process documents and inspection standards related to new products；
3、Be responsible for technical process training, technical support for production processes, technical guidance and training for employees, and supervise the implementation of process discipline；
4、Organize and lead the experimental research of new processes and technologies, do a good job in the summary and achievement appraisal of process test topics, and organize the popularization and application。
5、Responsible for new product development, adopt new process, new technology and new materials to improve product quality；
6、Carry out technical breakthrough and technical improvement, put forward technical improvement schemes and measures, and continuously improve the process technology level。
